We’re currently seeking a talented PPC Specialist to join our team. As a PPC Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our pay-per-click advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media ads. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.

In addition, you should possess strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, conduct keyword research, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.

Collaboration is essential, as you’ll work closely with our team to create effective ad copy and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion. Excellent communication skills are a must.

  • Developing and executing pay-per-click advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
  • Conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for ad campaigns.
  • Creating compelling ad copy that is tailored to the target audience and optimized for maximum click-through rates.
  • Setting up and managing ad campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and ad scheduling.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Conducting A/B testing of ads and landing pages to identify the most effective variations.
  • Optimizing landing pages for better conversion rates, including adjusting page elements, improving user experience, and implementing conversion tracking.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers and content writers, to ensure cohesive and effective ad campaigns.
  • Providing recommendations and insights to clients or stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization strategies.


  • 2 years marketing experience, preferably in a B2B marketing role
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent preferred
  • Analyzing analytic tools to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of PPC efforts.
  • Solid experience with editing content in WordPress
  • Ability to set, achieve, and deliver on targets and deadlines. Experience working in a fast-paced environment; working well under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Ability to produce professional documentation and presentations.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining business development type relations such as carrier partnerships, co-marketing or co-selling
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve independent outcomes
  • Ability to add value as a team member.
  • Ability to provide feedback in an honest and constructive manner
  • In-depth knowledge of current PPC tools and practices
  • An excellent team player – able to work with and support other team members

Job Type

Full-time contract leading to permanent position


  • Monday to Friday 9am -5pm


  • PPC: 3 years minimum
  • Language- Excellent English (writing, speaking, and reading)


  • Ability to work remotely
  • Must be legal to work in Canada. Note that if you are located out of Canada you will automatically be eliminated.
