  • Content creation: Writing blog posts, articles, social media captions, and other content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Social media management: Scheduling and posting content on various social media platforms, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand mentions.
  • Market research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Email marketing: Assisting in the creation of email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing email performance metrics.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO): Helping to optimize website content for search engines, researching keywords, and monitoring SEO performance.
  • Graphic design: Creating visual assets, such as images, infographics, and banners, for use in marketing campaigns or on social media.
  • Analytics and reporting: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and preparing reports for the marketing team.
  • Video production: Assisting in the creation and editing of video content for marketing purposes, such as promotional videos or video ads.
  • Project management: Supporting the coordination and execution of marketing projects by liaising with team members and tracking progress.
  • Administrative tasks: Assisting with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and other general administrative duties as needed.


  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a high school or college program, preferably with a focus on marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of internet marketing principles: Familiarity with concepts such as SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to effectively convey ideas and information in written and spoken formats.
  • Computer proficiency: Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Time management and organization: Capable of balancing multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to work well with others in a team environment and maintain professional relationships.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: Open to learning new skills and adapting to changes in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills: Some roles may require experience with design or video editing software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Previous experience or internships in marketing: While not always required, having some experience in marketing or a related field can be a valuable asset for a summer job at an internet marketing company.

  • Monday to Friday 9am -5pm


  • Ability to work remotely
  • Must be legal to work in Canada. Note that if you are located out of Canada you will automatically be eliminated.
