Paid Ads Specialist

Duties
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions, lead quality, and return on ad spend
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis for paid campaigns
- Create and refine ad copy, headlines, and extensions to improve performance and Quality Score
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and consistent results
- Prepare performance reports and analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing, scaling winning campaigns, and reducing wasted spend
- Collaborate with internal team members including designers, SEO specialists, and developers
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve landing pages and conversion rates
- Stay up to date with paid advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and PPC best practices
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
- Solid experience working with WordPress websites and landing pages
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Some experience with creative tools such as Canva or Photoshop is an asset
